Affiliated opportunities are disclosed and routed to separate review lanes. They are not mixed into neutral research sets without disclosure.
Fees
Starter engagements are flat-fee research retainers. Transaction-contingent compensation is excluded from the starter structure unless separately documented and legally permitted.
