Meridian provides research and origination; it does not manage capital, effect transactions or represent a client's interest in a deal.
Any figures, cases, workspaces, memos or "decision objects" shown publicly are illustrative. They demonstrate method and format only. They do not describe any client, mandate, transaction, holding or result, and no performance is implied.
Use of the site

Visiting the site, downloading a public instrument or sending an enquiry does not create a client, advisory or fiduciary relationship. Engagements begin only with a signed mandate.

Public research draws on public records and is prepared with care, but is provided "as is" without warranty. Records change; recipients should verify anything they intend to rely on.

Work begins with a mandate.
Where an engagement proceeds, its scope, confidentiality, fees and limits are set out in a separate written agreement between Meridian and the client. Those engagement terms — not this page — govern the work. Research informs the client's own judgment and confers no transaction authority.
