The standard
The bar is intellectual honesty.
We look for people who resolve ambiguity with evidence rather than confidence — scientists, engineers, mathematicians and researchers who are comfortable saying what is known, what is merely claimed, what is inferred, and what remains open. Credentials matter less than the instinct to check.
